ABOUT
ABOUT ME
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Language Arts Education from Cedarville University and a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from the University of Dayton. In 2007, I married my best friend and together, we are raising and loving three children in the Dayton area. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, trying new recipes, growing my friendships, writing, sipping coffee, studying God’s Word, and being outdoors with my family.
I am passionate about helping my clients grow, and I am committed to helping them achieve the changes they want and need to make! Change can be scary and growth can be hard, so I am devoted to walking that journey with you. Offering compassionate empathy and providing wise counsel, it is my goal to point you toward lasting hope and deep healing. Your growth is my goal!

EXPERIENCE
Since 2010, I have been treating and diagnosing mental and emotional disorders. Working in not only a college counseling center but also as a contractor in a private practice setting, I have provided therapy for young adults, couples, families, and clients of all adult ages--helping them achieve their therapeutic goals and make healthy changes in their lives.
I have worked with clients who are in crisis situations, clients who have experienced major life changes, and clients who have struggled with both short-term and long-term mental and emotional issues.
I have had the privilege of designing curriculum and co-facilitating support groups for those struggling with boundary problems, eating disorders, sexual abuse trauma, and sexuality shame issues.
Additionally, I have presented and spoke at several mental health seminars and gatherings, providing psycho-education and mental health content for both break out and plenary sessions.
