INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT
Even though Jessica Buczek Counseling LLC is a self-pay agency that does not accept and bill insurances, we can provide you with a receipt of services in order for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance and/or employer.
PAYMENT
Upon receipt of services, Jessica Buczek Counseling LLC accepts cash, check, and credit card for payment.
SWITCHING COUNSELING TYPES
Within the first three sessions of your treatment, you and your counselor will decide if your counseling will be individual, relationship, or family counseling, Though there are exceptions and several things to consider when making a change in the type of counseling, your counselor will make the final decision about the type of counseling that can be provided after beginning with a designated type of treatment.
GUESTS
With a signed consent form, you can invite a guest(s) with you to session. This guest does not need to consistently be a part of your treatment, but you may find it helpful to have the freedom to invite others into your therapeutic sessions as needed and helpful.
OFFICE LOCATION
​The office is located at 30 West Rahn Road, Suite 26, Dayton, Ohio 45429. You can find JBC at the corner of West Rahn Road and Far Hills Avenue, behind Tobias Funeral Home. The office is approximately 3 miles north of I-675.
EMERGENCIES & CRISES
JBC does not offer emergency/crisis appointments or emergency/crisis phone support. If you are a client and do not feel able to keep yourself safe between appointments, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
